At the moment we only ship to Malaysia. All packages will be shipped using registered courier.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment and should arrive to you within 2 to 3 working days. If a product will take longer than usual to ship, it will be stated in the description and during checkout.
Products may be shipped from different locations, in which case shipping charges will be split by each shipping location during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier tracking number. There may be multiple shipments and tracking numbers if your items are fulfilled by multiple suppliers.

We try our best to ensure accurate stock status. However, in the event that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will provide you with a refund.
We only accept returns for incorrectly sent or defective products.
To be eligible for a return, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and labels intact.
Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (email subject ‘return of order’) within 3 days of receiving the product if return is required. Please include photos of the product.
Once we approve your return request, item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. Return address will be advised when you contact us.
Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so do make sure it is packed properly. We recommend you to obtain proof of postage and keep the tracking number until your return is processed.
Cost of return shipping will be refunded to you in the form of shop credits or coupon. Shipping cost must be reasonably around the same as our cost to ship to you.
If the exact item not in stock, we will provide you a cash refund.
